We thank all of the 22,000 who attended the WFG Convention of Champions 2025: Big Steps, Big Impacts in Las Vegas – it was an incredible week!

This four-day event, featuring WFG leaders and executives from across North America, offered a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow colleagues, team members, and friends. The leaders who spoke during the general session offered motivation and shared the importance of learning from one another as everyone grows their business. 

We strive for a common purpose, and your attendance at convention highlights your commitment to the WFG mission - helping middle-income individuals and families work towards a more secure financial futures.

This year’s theme Big Steps, Big Impacts, emphasized how our independent agents go above and beyond to assist people in building towards financial stability and improving their lives. Speakers shared the big steps that they took that led to big impacts, and how they’re dedicated to setting and achieving higher goals.

The success of an event like Convention of Champions is measured by the value and insights participants gain and take away. We hope this year’s event has equipped each of you with the confidence and knowledge necessary for your continued success.
